Generally, we do not have any practical means or knowingly request such information to identify the users of our website and/or Equalizer app (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

As described in our Terms of Service of the Equalizer app, The Services we offer you through the Equalizer App are built on the blockchain network and are meant to work by utilizing specific public information stored on the blockchain itself or coming from various providers of blockchain-related technologies (e.g., wallet service providers). This information could include your wallet address, API keys, and/or information on transactions on the blockchain network. Nonetheless, the types of data we gather contain information that, on its own, cannot be used to directly or indirectly identify, contact, or locate you.
Information we collect from you automatically. Whenever you use or interact with Services we collect certain types of information automatically, such as:
(i) online identifiers and technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system and platform, time zone settings, browser plug-ins, information about your visits, pages viewed or searched for, lengths of visits, page response times, errors, etc.

We also collect anonymous information and aggregated data regarding user behaviour, navigational information, device information, which help us improve and tailor our Services and understand usage trends.

International Transfers
We may store and process all or part of your personal information in professional cloud services and elsewhere in the world where our service providers are located. We will protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy wherever it is processed and will take appropriate measures to protect the relevant personal information in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.
Data transfers outside EEA. International and onward transfer of personal information processed in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom outside EEA rely primarily on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Automated individual decision-making, including profiling. Equalizer does not rely on such processing of your personal information for providing the Services. In the event that we shall perform any processing or profiling via automated tools which would produce legal or similarly significant effects on you, you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing of your personal information, including profiling, subject for the exceptions to the applicable data protection laws.
Withdraw consent. To the extent the processing of your personal information is based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time, in particular in regard to marketing communications, Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before your withdrawal.
Your rights to personal information are not absolute. The exercise of your rights may be denied in certain circumstances specified by applicable data privacy laws: (a) when denial of access is required or authorized by law; (b) when granting access might have a detrimental effect on another's privacy; (c) to protect our rights and properties; and (d) where the request is frivolous or vexatious, or for other reasons.

Equalizer’s services are not intended for use by children under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly or intentionally request or collect information about children under this age.
If we suspect that a user of our services is younger than 16 years of age, we reserve the right to suspend his/her access to the services and will also take all necessary steps to delete his/her personal information as soon as possible.
