As described in our Terms of Service of the Equalizer app, The Services we offer you through the Equalizer App are built on the blockchain network and are meant to work by utilizing specific public information stored on the blockchain itself or coming from various providers of blockchain-related technologies (e.g., wallet service providers). This information could include your wallet address, API keys, and/or information on transactions on the blockchain network. Nonetheless, the types of data we gather contain information that, on its own, cannot be used to directly or indirectly identify, contact, or locate you.

Withdraw consent. To the extent the processing of your personal information is based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time, in particular in regard to marketing communications, Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before your withdrawal.
